Facebook Ad Account

You can use Automated Video Delivery to transfer video to any Facebook Ad Account your team has access to. Before getting started, your team owner should connect their Facebook account to Shakr. Go to Studio > Account Settings > Connect to External Services section and connect Facebook account. Make sure you grant permission, to ensure Shakr app can transfer videos.

Once your team owner connect their Facebook account, you can construct to value to something similar to this:

fbadact://<ADACCOUNT_ID>
  • Scheme should be fbadact.
  • Replace <ADACCOUNT_ID> with the ID of Ad Account you want to transfer video. ID starts with act_ prefix.

Getting notified when video is uploaded​

Unlike cloud destinations, you can't upload video to a specific path on Facebook Ad Account. Instead, a unique Ad Video ID will be generated by Facebook. You can get Ad Video ID by subscribing to external uploads webhook. Learn more
